Issues regarding confirmation of my address.

It says I need a document with my name and address on it, such as a utility bill, tax return, bank/centrelink statement, etc.

But I don't have access to these documents which have my name on it due to me living in my parents house and not needing to have these documents.

Is there any alternate way to confirm my residency and address? As it doesn't seem fair to have this be an issue out of something I cannot control.
