I can't believe what my eyes are seeing right now, some guy put "coke" in a note when he sent money because his name is "coke" on discord

I was middlemaning service for the user  and now my account is limited? DURING THIS TIME IN PANDEMIC WHEN MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS A COLD AND GOD KNOWS WHAT IT MIGHT BE WHEN I NEED EVERY SINGLE PENNY THIS IS WHAT I GET FROM THIS COMPANY?  FOR 6$ TRANSACTION
