if your buyers protection runs out on a transaction, is there any possible way to chargeback?

You can file one but the outcome depends on the circumstances of the case. If you sent money as a friends and family payment for a purchase, for example, you might lose. Friends and family payments are considered a gift, not for purchases.

But who knows, as PayPal does not decide the outcome on chargebacks but PayPal will try to fight the chargeback.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
