Is Paypal and Bluehost stealing money from us?

Hi there,

 

So, since 11/25 there have been 3 payments pulled from my Charity's paypal account to Bluehost. It's says on the transaction "preauthorized payment". When I attempted to dispute the payments as "unauthorized" to paypal, they reported back the case was closed and they couldn't help because the payments were UNauthorized. If they are unauthorized, why can't paypay recover them? They paid them out unauthorized. And, how do I get our money back from paypal when their dispute system is set up to close cases that are found unauthorized payments. Then when I try to call, the paypal custuomer services says they are so busy there may be no one to talk to. This seems criminal. Any ideas for me? Thanks!

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
