Is PayPal answering your customer service messages/cases

Hi, I'd like to know you are getting answers from the help center, because I have sent lots of messages regarding different matters and a dispute I have going on the resolution center and I haven't got any answer yet, it's been over 10 working days and still nothing.

Same here!! These people are frustrating! I have sent messages upon messages and no one answers. I have over $100 in disputes that I need resolved ASAP. There should be zero reason these people can't work from home or go in the office. Businesses are starting to open up. If McDonalds can be open, so can customer service rep's who sit at a computer. If I don't get my issues resolved within the next day, I guess I will have to report these people too!

I haven’t got any results on my dispute. I am out 2,994.00 from fraud activity & now I cannot verify my account.
