I recently bought some shoes off an instagram account and paid through PayPal- they sent me a link to pay which sent me to PayPal which I paid for the shoes into a money pool-the seller told me they had received the payment and after 2 and a half weeks I still hadn't received any shoes, the seller offered me a refund but I am more than sure they were trying to scam me they sent me a link to 'accept the refund' which took me straight to logging into my banking app- I asked the seller nicely if they could refund me with a different method and they said they couldn't and for me to not message them- I set up a dispute with PayPal and explained the issue in more detail and they closed it and basically said there was nothing they could do, I don't know what else to do to get my money back?
