I was scamed by wish and PayPal didn't help me they helped the sellers that scamed me

I was scamed by wish and I asked PayPal for help as I was paying through PayPal I taught PayPal was safe I was scamed for over €800.00 euro now PayPal doesn't want to do anything about it I trusted them becouse there with the Central bank

II will ask about this on Facebook maybe some one will help I will write to the Central Bank and see what they say
