I want to cancel open disputes

Hi 

I opened a dispute for unauthorised payments but then I found out my son made these payments so I want to cancel the disputes. When I try to cancel it from the Resolution Center, it says that looks like something went wrong on our end try again later. 

I tried to call Customer Service but no one answer they are not working for the weekend. How can I cancel the disputes?

My son's game account is blocked because of this dispute and he needs it to be open right now. 

Is there anyway to contact customer service right now?
