I verified my identity MONTHS ago!

Hi everyone, 

I submitted my ssid card, and other information when they asked me to verify my identity MONTHS AGO, I have emailed paypal multiple times and I haven't gotten a response ONCE. I am getting very aggravated, this is not fair at all, its says 2-3 days, it has been over 90! Please help, I really need the money on my account and I cannot transfer it to a bank right now!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
