I may have been scammed

Has anyone sent a payment to Samsalyer131 and been scammed? I sent a payment earlier today and after payment was received the person will not respond. Also this person used the name Bolsillo <removed>

I didn't receive my item or it's different than described. Should I open a dispute?

If you sent a friends and family payment, there is no purchase protection for such payment because its considered a 'gift' payment. However you may try contacting your bank or card issuer to dispute but no guarantees.
