Hello,
I made a purchase via paypal and did not receive the item nor was I refunded.
The seller (ong[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]com) no longer responds to messages, apart from an initial response months ago that the delay could be due to the pandemic.
I can't find the original site/article anymore but I have the transaction and order ID ((order (#1619171791608299cfc7a03)) / (transaction ID 3SL36771N2191561V).
Shouldn't paypal take responsibility?
