I've sent expensive product to customer. Fedex courier delivered item to my customer. Fedex tracking shows that the item was delivered!
The shipping address is the same as on paypal. I am eligible for seller protection.
- Then buyer opens a dispute that item was not delivered. Opens the case. I provide proof-of-delivery.pdf generated by FedEx and tracking information.
After some time I receive notification that I won the case as they veryfied that item was delivered. Everything is perfect. Case closed.
- Few days pases - I receive notification from paypal that "The buyer stated they never received the item, and the proof of delivery details provided could not be verified." Paypal takes the money out from me and closes the case.
What is happening?!! Basically paypal letting the scammer do whatever they wont. I am eligible for seller protection and provided all the shipping information according the paypal guidlines. Fedex clearcly shows that buyer received the item.
I am starting to think that I should move out my business from paypal as now you are NOT SAFE even if you deliver the item and provide the proof of delivery. And even if FedEx tracking, with confirmed address shows that the item delivered - buyer can get his money back AT ANY TIME!
Can somebody help me? What should I do?
