I have no idea why I have a negative balance of $70? How to resolve?

Hi, I have just logged on to PayPal and see I have a negative balance of $70. Pic attached.

But when I go into Activity, I can't see anything about why this has happened? There is no recent activity for an amount of $70.

I can't go to the resolution centre either, as it's not fraud for a specific payment.

Can someone please tell me how I can find out what this $70 was subtracted for? How do I find out if it is legit or not?

Thank you

Your best bet is to contact customer services and check with them.

Could it be a failed subscription?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

If not then....
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
