How do I close the resolution. I want to pay the merchant. Tried to do that but am sent to res center

I want to vlose out the resolution process and pay the merchant. Can't seem to accomplish it.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.

PayPal Community
