Hello I have limitation on account and I do not speak english. I have sent delivery proof for all my shipments to paypal. But they are not responding to my emails from paypal inbox even after 24 hours. How can i get my account limitation removed.
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
