Account Limitations

Hi, Could someone please help me with account limitations? A family member from Serbia couldn’t recieve money I’ve sent her and her account got blocked for 180days. That passed last week and her account is still under limitations. How can she resolve this issue? She doesn’t speak English. Thanks

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
