Hi, I placed two orders on Ebay in May 2020. None of them I received. So I opened a dispute in July. After a short conversation with a seller he stopped answering me. I've been waiting for his reply and after 21 days since my last message to him Ebay closed my cases (due to inactivity in our cases). For some reason all these 21 days there was no a button ASK EBAY TO STEP IN. So is my question : can I reopen in PayPal my cases? And the most interesting question : why I can't see these 2 transactions in my PayPal account?? They are absent. Even Ebay Customer Service gave me ID of every transactions. But I don't see them in my account. I've tried already everything! They disappeared
