I bought something without my account and was scammed, how do i refund it?

I am unsure how to contact staff as whenever i message them i get this stupid automated bot that responds with no help at all.

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Is there any other way as i don't have time to call and don't want to waste credit if there is another way.

If you mean you paid as a guest buyer then contact your card issuer and initiate a chargeback?
