I am asked for a response - I try but get message "Something seems to have gone wrong"

I am in dispute with a seller where the product (a smart watch) took forever to arrive and then when it did, it was not what I ordered, but a nasty, cheap inferior product. Paypal have asked me to respond to my escalation (apparently twice now) and confirm whether I want to pursue my case (because they have seen that a product was delivered to me today). I have attempted to reply 6 times in 2 days now - from my ipad and an Apple Mac. On each occasion I write my response and issues in their required box (in the Resolution Centre) and then upload images to support my case - I hit submit, but then I get the "Something seems to have gone wrong" message.

There seems no other way of emailing them or uploading my proof of this seller's fraud / misrepresentation. Anyone got any ideas please?

Thanks
