I'm sorry to hear your ID wasn't accepted. When we don't accept a document, we typically explain why via email and let you know what we need instead. Did you receive this email from us? Do you have another form of ID to provide?

I emailed them and said how can I be restrcted when I have yet to use their service and didn't even have a debit card linked up yet, the restriction was lifted the next day😀
