How to reset business account to personal account ?

Hi,

I wanted to register as personal account type. However I have mistakenly set up as business account and now I am stuck with the restriction access to the account. Tried to call customer service, the automated response not really helpful!

That's the only way to downgrade to a personal account, by contacting customer service: 

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Have to get in touch with a customer service agent. Or you can see if you can close the account and try again by going to account settings.

Thanks for speedy response. Will try with contacting the customer service. It's painful process talking to the robots..
