How to request the refund when you make a payment to a fake seller though the method paying a friend

I found the tickets sell information from the facebook, and I paid to the fake seller. I wass cheated. I want to request the refund but there is no option for this reason to choose in the paypal service. What is more, I want to call for help but just the automatic reply from the robotic. How can I call a real person? How to request the refund of this situation?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or purchase protection on friends and family transactions. It is essentially a "gift" payment hence sellers disappear on you. You may try to dispute with your financial institution but they may also potentially deny your claim.

In the future, always select goods and services for payment type when sending payment through your PayPal account. PayPal Invoices, PayPal money requests, PayPal buttons, PayPal shopping carts, PayPal integrated merchant shopping carts have purchase protection.
