What to do if i have two transactions,original payment and tax,I didn’t know about tax so I reported as an authorised payment ,then when i searched about it ,i find that Starting from 1/ June new York start to take 7% for any shipment that will delivered within city,so I forgot about case ,after two days I received phone which was original payment and it was different from list,i asked seller to return but he refused so I tried to open return request but it shows error because i have another case on same transaction
