I believe my A/C is being used illegally. Need to contact PayPal Staff urgently! It's urgent to lock my account to prevent a fraudulent invoice from being paid out from my bank account. The fraudulent invoice is : Inv. No. PAYP[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Dear Esteemed Advisor
Many thanks for your reply. I came across your ID in many of your other replies to various Community members and was wondering when you might get to my somewhat urgent need of getting help from PayPal regarding a very questionable attempt to have my PayPal account charged with some phoney transaction. I have spent ample time to navigate the PayPal site for trying to get in touch with a real live person at PayPal, but have not really succeeded. It has been a real run-around to say the least.
Because I am a bit of the older generation (aged 78 y.o.), and having difficulty with having to use phone calls to call PayPal due to my damaged hearing, I try to stick with my email which I can easily read and communicate. Due my dislike for Facebook and Twitter - I don't even have accounts with them.
Perchance, do you not have a valid PayPal email address that will connect me directly with the PayPal TM USA Billing Department?

Firstly I did give you all the ways of contacting Paypal that I have.
Secondly as for your need for me to get to your urgent request, that would depend on when I want to log on and give up my time to reply to some posts.
Lastly what age did you think I am? I am also retired and nearly your age !!
