Hi - I complained tp PP about an unauthorised payment made to a vendor (iTunes and App Store). PP found I had authorised the payment (and they were right) but blocked any further payments to that vendor. I want to know how I can reverse that.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
