How to Confirm my Social Security number? it seems like update ssn is doesn't work.

When I click the resolve button, it is going to my personal profile page.  But even I update my Social Security number, the system still block my account. This is a bug that needs to be reported to PayPal engineer.

Same thing happens to me. Definitely appears like a bug and is super frustrating because this holds up the review process. This needs to get fixed ASAP.
