Limitations have been made to my account and I am working to confirm my identity. One task is to confirm my Social Security Number but when I click on the "Resolve" button, it takes me to the Profile Settings where my SSN is already there. This appears to be a bug and no one appears to know how to fix this. I've seen this posted by others so I know it isn't just me. Please fix this issue!!
