How long will my account been limited

I won a relief check from a foundation in Memphis, I need the money to get food but my account has restricted access because of the money I was given. I’ve waited over 2 weeks for this money to take care of my family and now I have to wait longer? And when I called their customer service number they said it was closed.. so are people actually reviewing these cases?

The time it takes to restore account access varies, depending on the type of issue. If you've submitted the information we requested in the Resolution Center you should receive a reply email from us within 3 business days. Check your email to see if we need more information from you to restore access to your account. If we request more information, continue to respond promptly to speed up the resolution process. Most issues are resolved within 5 days, however some could take longer.
