I have submitted all relevant and requested documents to setup a business account. Paypal acknowledged receipt documents except my voided check and bank information on bank letterhead. I have sent the information via email and through the paypal weblink. When I attempt to call I am put on hold for over an hour without ever speaking to a representative. I have been on hold for over an hour 3 times. Just wondering how long is the wait? thanks
