How do you request a shipping refund?

Hi All,

Has anyone here been able to get a refund for shipping costs?

I activated the service, The instructions say to go to activity, select the transaction you want the shipping refunded for and click "request return shipping refund".

I cannot find the "request return shipping refund" button anywhere.

Where is it?/Where should it be?

You need to 'click' on that transaction and the return shipping option is at the bottom of that 'details' page.

Its only available for goods / services transactions.
