How do I request documentation used to settle a disputed claim?

I got an email that said my dispute was settled in the merchant's favor and that I can request the documentation used to make this decision, but I can find no where to request it.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thank you for the information. Apparently the only way to get copies of the information used to decline your disputed claim is to send a letter via snail mail! In this day and age, can you believe it? I'm assuming that my reply will come via email and that making customers jump through hoops to get information is purely a deterrent. I would have expected more from PayPal after being a customer for so many years.
