Son un wittingly used my pay pal account to pay for Ps4 credits.. How do I get a refund.. Tried resolution but they said i have no case..

You authorised the payment so you can either contact the seller / website and request a refund or just put it down to a mistake and make sure you don't allow him to access your paypal account again?
