How do I add a seller response to a claim dispute?

I have a claim dispute open, and it is in the "waiting for seller response" mode. 

 

The seller emailed me last night saying he is not interested in refunding my money. How do I add this to my claim or message PayPal about it? There is no place to add anything now. 

 

Any help is appreciated.
