How come???

I was sent a e-mail from Paypal that said my dispute was closed, because I received the item. NO I HAVE NOT!!! The day paypal sent that to me, I got one from the seller saying it's been ship, and if I don't get it 8 days (which I have not yet), they will reship it!  BUT I CAN NOT  get a e-mail or phone call to paypal to straighten it out, so if it does not show up, I am covered for it!  I need to talk to a human, their computer system won't do anything for me.

 

And this most likely be a was of time also!
