I sent with pictures and tracking info prouducts with 900 to a person that is now say not as described and they have all my money on hold but they have all my expensive items, if PayPal let’s people bye with this then this how people get free items and scams people !!!! I don’t understand how they let this happen
If your buyer has reported that an item is not as described and we find find that their description is valid, we will ask the buyer to return the item to you at their own expense. A refund would only be issued once you and the item back in your possession. If the item is not in the same condition in which you sent it in, you would then have the option to appeal.
