Hi, so I made my PayPal account as a minor (I didn't know this was against their rules, I'm stupid, I know) and they closed my account because of that. I understand it's their policy so I get it, but the problem is that I still had some money sent to my PayPal and they closed my account before I could even transfer the money to my debit card. Now I'm unable to transfer any money at all. I've contacted their messaging center and they're just not replying even after a long time + it seems like I can't put this as a problem under the resolution center? Any suggestions on what to do? I know that I can send myself the check if all else fails, but I find the fee for it so stupid so I'd like to be able to avoid that if possible.
