On May 21, 2020 I ordered a software package from DRI Advanced System Repair. The button I clicked was for $29.95. The bill charged to PayPal was for $64.42. I never opened the program or used it. I wanted to contact the seller but got this message - "We have no posted address on file." I can't talk to anyone at PayPal because of the pandemic. What can I do to get this charge off my PayPal business debit card?
