I just have been scammed by this group buy service and i am unable to get any help. Please help me out. This is the situation described below.

Hi there ! I brought their one year Place it subscription service with PayPal payment but unfortunately they are committing fraud and their fraud is totally different from what i have usually seen in in the internet. To use that service one needs to have a login id and password but they have changed up the login id and the password and i am unable to use this service anymore. This isn't new. Their service was vague and they have the tendency to do fraud from the moment i paid them. Initially they were not providing the service but after opening a dispute in Paypal they decided to provide the service and i marked that dispute as being solved within a day.Things never were working. Every time i tried to login with the credentials and the subscription wasn't working for me.After repeatedly asking them when shall it resume they used to make it working after 2-3 days. As it has been said in their service and also the billing section that it was a yearly subscription, considering today it hardly had been 3 months and they totally stopped providing the service. I am unable to use it anymore and they also aren't responding. At the last chat shown in screenshot they even laughed stating that i cannot get refund. They might provide an evidence of saying that we provided the request but unfortunately it isn't working at all. This is not just me.They are doing the same with other customers as well and at the same time storing the credit card information. I have attached the screenshot as an evidence and support of my view. I have filed a complaint to the cyber crime department of India too. Please have a look at this issue and help me with the refund. Also its a humble request to PayPal that they should not allow such fraudsters to use up their payment gateway. Not everybody would open a dispute and ultimately they are again making the internet community worse. I have more screenshot as an evidence. Tried to call to but no response and error message is displaying while filing for a dispute.

Locate the transaction, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file Item Not Received (INR) dispute which I think is the best case you can file, to start. If a SNAD is filed, you may have to return something and how can you return a service or digital good, right?
You may have to contact customer service and have them review the dispute to see if you may need to change the dispute reason while the dispute is not yet escalated:
Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Or private message via social media:
Facebook (India): https://www.facebook.com/PayPalIN/
Twitter: @AskPayPal
It's like a throw of the dice as to which reason to file under, that's why seller is so confident that you will not get a refund but do what you can and not let them get away with scam.
If ultimately the PayPal dispute fails...and you paid by credit card which I hope you did, call customer service number on back of card to file a dispute through your card issuer.
Next time, be sure to thoroughly research the merchant for reviews before buying. Perhaps even write a review somewhere so other buyers can be warned.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
