ZIPTICKETS - Refusal of Refund

Last August I brought 3 event tickets from ZIPTICKETS. After they had to cancel the event twice due to COVID, I asked for a 100% refund £141. They refused, only offering 70%. Contacted PayPal who said as it had gone over the 180 day limit they wouldn’t do anything. I am desisted with this ruling, it is not my fault the event had to be cancelled and ZIPTICKETS have not re-scheduled the same event in the same city. Do not buy tickets from this company, customer service is absolutely terrible, they aren’t even replying to my emails now.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then could you contact them for a chargeback?

Are they UK based?

If so a small claims court action may work?
