My husband purchased at item from China, an electric bike. Instead a pair of broken sunglasses arrived. We have gone through the PayPal resolution centre and of course the seller has offered a refund if we return the item knowing full well how much that will cost. I see no way of rejecting this offer and escalating to a claim. How would you suggest we approach this?
