Help with a payment

My PayPal account is showing overdrawn however today the same amount has been debited from my bank account and I did not authorise this.  I cannot find anywhere to find out why.

If you have a negative balance then paypal will try again to get the funds from your bank account OR use a back up funding source.

Once they have left your bank account may take 5-7 business days to transfer via electronic transfer (echeque) before arriving at paypal to clear your neg balance.
