I believe that I got scammed and I have asked PayPal for refund through resolution center I have been told case closed but I want my money back

How can we advise when you haven't said...

type of transaction.

how you were scammed.

how you funded your paypal payment.

which paypal option you chose to send the funds.

which dispute you opened.

if you escalated it to a claim?

what happened.

???
