I purchased an item through the internet via Paypal - the item was never received. I contacted the supplier; they said they were looking into their shipper to see where the item was at - never heard back. I then contacted Paypal who told me to contact the supplier - I did, directly, and told them via email that I no longer wanted the item, to credit my account. In the meantime, I opened a "resolution" with Paypal and within a certain amount of time, because of no action, Paypal closed the claim. Bottom line, I am one of hundreds of people who have this problem with this company and Paypal won't do anything. Any suggestions? Why use Paypal if there is no guarantee on your purchases?
