Help , account limitation

Hello , I had my account limited around 3 weeks ago because of reaching the 2500 euros limit and I was asked to promvide 2 files : proof of identity and proof of adress. How long does it take for paypal to revies those because it has been 3 weeks and still nothing. I also emailed them twice and had no answer.  Would it make any difference if i try to call them ?

You could try phoning for an update.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
