Hello I need help with an issue that's been dragged on because of quarantine. Basically I have an old account that's limited or restricted to login to and I've been instructed by others to call the PayPal collection department but I need a local Irish number to call them. I just want my old account to be fixed of this issue somehow it's been like this for a while and I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone line because of Covid-19.
