Help...I've been scammed

Hi All,

I won an electronic code on ebay so obviously the code was going to be sent to me via email. 

I made payment to the seller via PayPal friends £10 and now he is refusing to send me the code (ignoring most of my emails to him) 

How do I get my money back?

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received something you purchased. If the payment was sent as a Goods and Services payment, you will have the ability to open a dispute for Item Not Received.
