My flights were cancelled and i provided the proof and my case was closed with them saying the as below, how the hell did tracking number can be used for Airline fares. Plus they are telling me to check the address with the Courier.

I can see that this dispute case was closed since the merchant was able to provide us a valid tracking number. You may need to communicate with the shipping courier to get additional evidence that can prove that the merchant was not able to send the item to the right address. Only the shipping company can provide us proof on which address the item was delivered. You also have the option to escalate this case to your financial institution so that they could provide you options for a refund.

Am just in a loss now as i just lost almost $900.00 with the resolution provided by PayPal which does not correspond to the case.
