Cancelled Flight Refund Dispute

How long should it take PayPal to resolve a dispute I opened because my flight was cancelled by the airline after I paid for it?I opened a dispute. I was told they typically take 5 days to review. It has been 7 days and I haven't heard anything but the case says it is under review. It was a flight going to the usa if that makes any difference. Thank you

Also, I opened the dispute within the 180 days. Am I supposed to be able to view whether or not the seller responds?
