How can Paypal accept a refund (1/5 of what I paid) and then close the dispute without notifying me until after it was closed. I requested a full refund and showed pictures of what I was supposed to receive and the piece of junk I received. Now that they closed the case it appears there is nothing I can do. I thought i was supposed to accept the refund amount.
