How can I stop a Seller from harassing me? I bought an Item that was faulty. The seller said they would only refund 1/2 my money so I left them negative feedback... They have now asked me to change my feedback and are claiming they refunded me in full when they havent done that at all. I have asked them to stop contacting me but they keep sending me messages asking that I change my feed back.. why should I change my Honest feedback to say they are good sellers when they are not.. In my case they deserve it so Im not changing it.. Am I able to block them or do I have to just put up with them continuing to ask me to change it.. What is Ebay's policy on this?
